The pyrolysis reactor has a high efficiency of thermal energy absorption, therefore it has a high specific coefficient of waste recycling to retort volume (kg/m3). Due to the high degree of heat flow recovery, the plant does not disrupt the thermal balance with the environment.
Waste recycling products - heating oil by weight corresponds to the number of recycled tons of unsorted household organic waste with a humidity of 15-20% + 5% of environmentally friendly inorganic waste (building materials or mineral fertilizers). When temperature separation is used for heating fuels, it is possible to obtain whiter processed products, respectively, increasing the overall efficiency of waste pyrolysis. The equipment is omnivorous and does not require separate collection of household organic waste. There are no dioxins, furans, or benzopyrene in waste recycling. Carbon dioxide and nitrogen after purification are used in industry and agriculture. The equipment has no analogues. The guarantee for explosion safety and for the duration of continuous operation of a pyrolysis reactor with an operating temperature of 450 degrees C. (842 F) is at least eight years. The profitability of organic waste recycling is at least 300% at the wholesale cost of fuel = $400 per ton. The cost of a set of equipment for a full-fledged factory with a processing capacity of 600 tons of garbage per day = $37,500,000. The equipment for the first plant will be manufactured in factories in Russia, as manufacturing in Russia will be cheaper and more convenient for us. The plant will have a high level of mechanization and automation. We will assemble it ourselves, and we can also service it ourselves. With the profit of each operating plant, the next one can be built (1-2-4-8-16...). In six years, at least sixteen plants will be built.
